He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip McCarthy and Barbra McCarthy (Brokaw); and his siblings, James McCarthy and Elizabeth Held. He is survived by: his wife Karen McCarthy; his stepchildren, Jared Hull (Deanna) and Stacie Zachrich (John); his grandchildren, Abigail Hull, Jacob Hull and Isaac Zachrich; and his sisters, Kathy McCarthy and Patricia Weible (Shawn). He is also survived by his loving family and many great friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Florida United Methodist Church.
