He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Zipfel and Marian Zipfel (Partee). He is survived by: his wife Rita (Egler); his children, Elizabeth Anders (Steven), Matthew Zipfel and Anna Haller (Weston); his grandchildren, Riley (Bri), Olivia (Nic), Reid, Kaylee, Cole, Izzy, Ellie and Ivy; his great grandchild Hallie; his siblings, William, Sandy Carnahan (Gary), Sue Mekus (late Larry) and Steve (Janet); and his siblings-in-law, Ruby Egler and John Egler.
