She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sr. Clemins and Juanita Clemins (Shirley); her spouse Hansford McGladdery; her children, Harold Cook, Jr. and Celesta Murbach; her siblings, Charles Clemins Jr., Donald Clemins, Jerry Clemins, Robert Clemins and Linda Cartwright; and her great grandchild Azura Skye Yant.

She is survived by: her children, Julia Snyder, Starr Winkler (William), Garnet McGladdery and Marlene Sutton; her grandchildren, Jacob Lugibihl (Sarah), Dylan Lugibihl (Logan), Charles Elder, Roman Osborn (Katlyn), Lauren Tackett (Dustin), Schuylar Winkler (Shelbi), Austin Yant (Megan), Zachery Brobst (Christina), Danielle Bevers (Daniel), Anakin Scott and Madison Murbach; her friend Karen Sparks; and her close friend Christine Traina. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
