We bid farewell to Robert Tilse of Defiance, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2025 at the age of 81. Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tilse and Esther Tilse (Meyer). He is survived by: his wife Susanne Schroeder of Paul's Lutheran Church; his children, Brad Tilse (Darla) and Michelle Clark (Tim); his grandchildren, Chase Clark (Meaghan), Levi Tilse and Derek Tilse; his great grandchild Cooper Clark; and his siblings, Jeanette Brandt, Delmar Tilse and Mary Jane Rebeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church - Napoleon Township (16976 County Rd S q, Napoleon, OH 43545).
