He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowland L. Cooper, and Thelma M. Cooper, Sr. (Nagel); and his brother Rowland Cooper, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Joni Conn (Jonathan) of Frenchburg, KY and Dr. Robert Cooper (Amy) of Bloomington, IN; his granddaughters, Maggie Cooper and Mandy Conn; his brother Dennis Cooper (Pam) of Westerville, OH; and his sister-in-law Pat Cooper of Defiance.
