He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maddock and Frances Maddock (Povenmire). He is survived by: his children, Amy Fletcher (Randy) of Perrysburg, OH, Jason Maddock (Jennifer) of Defiance and Ben Maddock (Regina) of Defiance; and his brother Jerry Maddock of Defiance. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
