He is survived by: his wife Sue Holbrook (Dowe); his children, Rhonda Lyon (Mike), Sharon Lampe (Larry), Karen Morgan and Michael Holbrook; and his stepson Charles Martinez (Hilary). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
