She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Strahm and Joanna Strahm (Hostettler); her siblings, Richard Strahm and Sue Hinshaw; and her son-in-law James Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Joshua Foss (Pamela) of Nappanee, IN and Amanda Wagner of Defiance; and her siblings, Philip Strahm (Diane) of Knoxville, TN and Georgia McMahon of Knoxville, TN.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
