She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Gallant and Vera Gallant (Smith); her husband Ronald Deitrick; her siblings, Tommy Gallant and Janie Marie Grant; and her sister-in-law Shari Gallant.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Deitrick of Findlay, OH, Ronda Fabiano (Jon) of Defiance and Gary Deitrick (Brianne) of New Bavaria, OH.; and her siblings, Jean Johnson of Defiance, Gary Gallant of Defiance and Jeff Gallant (Helen) of Largo, FL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (5480 Moser Rd, Defiance, OH 43512).
Memorials are suggested to the Defiance Moose Lodge.
