She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Gregory and Elsie V. Gregory (Gregory); and her sister Carolyn Salisbury. She is survived by: her husband Dewey Middleton; her children, Lisa Middleton of Defiance, Robby Middleton of Fort Wayne and Chad Middleton of Defiance; and her sisters, Linda Heffner (Rick) of Latty and Penny Foust (Wesley) of Paulding, Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
