She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Woodring and Helen Woodring (Rohlf). She is survived by: her husband Frank Borkosky of Defiance; her children, Tim Borkosky (Amy) of Paulding, OH, Holly French of Wauseon, OH and Russ Borkosky of Paulding, OH.; her grandchildren, Cody French, Jessie French and Gunner Borkosky; and her siblings, Raymond Woodring (Marion) of Ney, OH and Kay Vega of Mansfield, OH..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (655 Wayne Ave, Defiance, OH 43512).
Susan's family requests no flowers or funeral memorabilia. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. John Lutheran Church or CHP Defiance Area Hospice Center.
