She is survived by: her children, Eric Eisenberger of Ft. Wayne, IN, Melinda Eisenberger-Smith (Clinton) of McArthur, OH and Kenneth Eisenberger of Defiance; and her siblings, Alfonso Atencio (Rose) and Lavern Pulliam (Otis) of Arizona.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Shriners Hospital for Children.
