He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bailey and Ethel Bailey; and his brother-in-law Roger Conley. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cooper of Defiance; his sons, Michael Bailey (Lindsey) of Defiance and Jared Bailey (Taylor) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Lane, Tateum and Otto; and his sisters, Dolores Ann Prince of Bradenton, Doris Fran Bailey of Bradenton, Debbie Hatfield (Greg) of Forest Hills and Terri Conley of Tampa, Florida..

Memorial contributions are suggested to Defiance Area In-Patient Hospice Center.
