He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark Allman and Tressie Allman; his wife Helen Allman (Rutherford); and his children, Thomas Allman, Gelinda Allman and Erika Allman.

He is survived by : his children, Barbara Crall (Charlie), Michael Allman (Tracy) and Judi Smyth; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Allman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
