He is survived by: his mother LaDonna Smith (McFarlin); his wife Pam Smith; his children, Sheri Elliott (Jerry), Jami Smith (Justin Lamb) and Zach Smith (Tresa Stittums); his grandchildren, Kyra Neeley, Hailey Neeley, Kaitlynn Wright, Ian Smith, Jordan Lamb, Hailee Lamb, Lexi Lamb, Logan Lamb, Bella Lamb and Bradlee Lamb; his siblings, Linda Hanley and David Davis (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Amanda Smith, William Perk, Joanna Perk, Jimmy Perk and Stephen Perk; and his close friends, D. J. Robinson, Bill Moore and Larry Lauderback.
