He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Hartley (Bishop); his children, Steven Hartley, Lisa Johnson (Matt), Matt Hartley, Soozie Kohli and Joe Hartley (Renee); his grandchildren, Breann Hartley, Forrest Hartley, Julius Hartley, Cierra Hartley, Cora Hartley, Lilly Kohli, Kailey Hartley, Ava Hartley and Ethan Hartley; and his great grandchild Colton Hartley.
