He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Tanner and Donnabell Tanner (Bucklew); his brothers, Clifford and Perry Tanner; his sister-in-law Linda Tanner; and his nieces and nephews, Jerry, Jimmy, Diane, Tammy and Clifford Jimmy Tanner Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Jeffery Tanner (Annette) of Galloway and Elizabeth Tanner-Uicker of Bowling Green; his brothers, Thomas Tanner of Cleveland and Roland Tanner (Nancy) of Smithville; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Tanner and Pat Arnold (Dale). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
