She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Blair and Ernestine Blair (Reynolds); and her siblings, Melvin, James, Charles Blair and Relva Cooper.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Eugene Jones; her children, Robert Kevin Jones of Delaware and Debra "Debbie" Milligan (Michael) of Delaware; her granddaughter Leah Milligan; and her siblings, William "Billy" Blair (Jackie) of Radnor and Betty Blair of Franklin, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
