She was predeceased by : her parents, Bascom Diamond and Alice Diamond (Hanson); her husband Kenneth W. Dyer Sr.; her children, Kenneth W. Dyer Jr. and Alice V. Dyer; and her brothers, Allen Diamond, Robert Diamond and Dewey Diamond Sr..

She is survived by : her daughter Theresa Thompson (Niles); her grandchildren, Amy Collier, Laura Garner (Tim), Micheal D. Dyer and Kenneth W. Dyer III; her great grandchildren, Alisha D., Alison M, Alonna J., Aleeah R. Lockhart, Quintin R. Lockhart, Alivia G. Salmons and Jackson L. Garner; her nephew Dewey Diamond Jr.; her nieces, Alexis and Samantha Diamond; and her sister-in-law Linda Diamond. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
