He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Wade and Anna Belle Wade. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Amy Kvochick (Andrew), Chelsea Blevins (Michael) and Britani Rogers (Clint); his grandchildren, Quinn, Emery, Cora Kvochick, Finley, Audrey, Addison and Eliza Rogers; and his sister Pam Weitlauf. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
