We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025, at the age of 86, Darlene A Hoover of Delaware, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gilmore and Luella Gilmore (Carpenter); her son Phillip Hardman; her brothers, Raymond Gilmore, John Fitch and Eugene Gilmore; and her brother-in-law Virgil McKenzie.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Hardman (Sherry), David Hardman and Shelley Jervis (Leland); her grandchildren, Christina Wills (Konoa), Michelle Jarvis (Emmett), Mary Price, Kayla Hardman, Allen Hardman and Seth Hardman; her great grandchildren, Noa, Nolan, Nevan, Bella, Briana, Myles and Genesis; her sister Lavina McKenzie; and her nieces, Marlene McKenzie and Leahbeth Dunlap (Jim).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the VFW Reed Miller Post 3297 (481 S Sandusky St, Delaware, OH 43015).
In lieu of flowers please bring a pie to enjoy and share during the celebration of life and bingo games.
