He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Crothers and Barabara Ann Crothers (Croft); and his brother Kevin Crothers. He is survived by: his daughter Keely Crothers (Shane Birchfield); his siblings, Michael C. Crothers (Pam) of Beavercreek and Kathleen Chavis (Louis) of South Carolina; and his former wife Debra Crothers (Sean Randall). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
