Debra touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Oval, Ottie Adkins (Clay) and Delores Johnson; and her brothers-in-law, Kent Bowker and Tom McNeely.
She is survived by: her husband Dale; her children, Dennis Bills (Kathi), Whitney Davis (Lee) and Paige Breidenbach (Corey); her grandchildren, Josiah, Taylor, Spencer Bills (Madalyn), Jack, Sam, Abe, Zeke Davis of Molly, AJ and Ivy Breidenbach; and her sisters, Darlene Vickers, Jacki Bowker and Linda McNeely. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
