Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Berlin Church (5175 S Old State Rd, Lewis Center, OH 43035). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Debra's name may be directed towards PO Box 140800.
