He is survived by: his wife Joy L. Partlow; his children, Donald Zane Partlow, Jalana Tincher, Michelle Nguyen (Van) and Melody Henry (Tom); and his sister Barbara Winkler (Ed). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 13 Great grandchildren; 1 Great-great grandchild; 11 nieces and nephews.
