He is survived by: his wife Jennie of Powell; his children, Katie Tuckerman (Dave) of Ashley and Chris Ecker (Maddy) of Virginia; his grandsons, Gregg and Matthew Tuckerman; and his brother Stan Ecker.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Center (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions in Dean's name be made to: Tranquility Hospice, 1949 State Route 37 W, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
