Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Elsabeth for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Williams (Savasten) of Boardman, Ohio. and John Williams; and her significant other Earl Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Marne Davenport (Wayne Halt (Sarasota), Aaron Welsh (Shari (Delaware), Gregory Welsh (Megan (Charlotte) and Rebecca Groenewal (Paul (San Diego); and her siblings, Deborah Yergin and Roger Williams (Deborah). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Home (75 W William St, Delaware, OH 43015).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of Christ Ministers Fund at Willow Brook Run, which helps offset the cost for retired ministers who wish to come to Willow Brook. Donations can be made through PayPal, by credit card, or by check payable to Willow Brook Christian Communities.
