She is survived by: her children, Gary Mays (Linda) of Delaware, Joyce Richmond of Erie and Bill Starkey of Weslaco, Texas; her grandchildren, Steve Mays (Regina), Jim Mays (Renee), Corey Mays (Mandy), Michael Richmond (Cheryl), David Richmond, Christy Richmond (Larry Graff), Julie Starkey and BJ Starkey; her stepgrandsons, Joe McLead (Patty) and Jason McLead (Sarah); and her brothers, John Richardson (Kathy) and Roger Richardson (Bonnie). She is also survived by 11 greatgrandchildren and 1 great-greatgrandchild.
