We announce the death of Evelyn B. Pinner (Delaware, Ohio), who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 87. Evelyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey W. Hock and Lillian B. Hock (Duerk); her husband Charles W. Pinner; her son David Anthony Pinner; her sister Marie Ponton; her son-in-law Greg Schaefer; her siblings-in-law, Robert Pinner and Andrea Pinner; and her parents-in-law, Robert H. and Audrey K. Pinner (Stephens).
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Ann Schaefer, Diane Audrey Simms (Brent) and Donna Alline Hopkins (Damian); her grandchildren, Christopher Schaefer, Kevin Schaefer (Amanda), Taylor Merriman, Chad Simms (Michelle), Andrew Simms (Katy), Kylie Strapp (James), Daniel Simms (Sarah), Kasandra Hoy (Ashton) and Sydney Hopkins; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Avery, Eli, Charles, Thomas, Noah, Audrey, Maddison, Allyson, Kenzlee, Otto and Gracelyn; her sister Judy Masa (Karen); and her siblings-in-law, Darryl Pinner (JoAnn), Steve Pinner (Judy), Jeff Pinner, Harry "Bud" Ponton and Gloria Pinner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
