She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Oscar Burton and Jessie Pearle Burton (Akers); her husband LeRoy Ickes; her son Keith Ickes; and her grandson Aaron Edelblute.

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Beverly Ickes; her children, Greg Ickes (Holly), David Ickes (Cindy) and Michele Edelblute; her grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew Ickes (Tracy), Jennifer Anjos (Ricardo), Heather, Rachel Ickes, Michael Davis Ickes (Leanne), Daniel, Katie Ickes, Jacob (Morgan), Jonathan (Aubrey) and Hannah Edelblute; and her great grandchildren, Ian, Caleb, Joseph Anjos, Eliana Ickes and Ben Manley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
