He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Franklin and Florence Myrtle Tagg (Arndt) of Delaware Ohio; his wife Patricia "Patsy" Tagg; his brother Jim Tagg; and his grandchildren, Zachary and Brooke VanCooney.
He is survived by: his children, Karlene Sykes (Bub) of Delaware, Keith Tagg (Kristy) of Dallastown, PA and JD Pauley (Becky) of Nitro, WV; his stepsons, Todd (Jamie) and Brian Blair (Stacy); and his sister Joann Massie (Ken) of Delaware.
