He is survived by: his brother Vernon E. Russell; his nephews, Dr. Eric Russell (Mandy) of Plainwell, MI and Christopher Russell (Michele) of Lawton, MI; his niece Maureen Hudson (Dan) of Knoxville, TN; and his friends, Larry Hopper, Pat Fagan, David Monska, Steve Haywood and John Zimmerman.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rutherford Funeral Home (450 W Olentangy St, Powell, OH 43065). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (334 S Sandusky St, Delaware, OH 43015).
