She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Kimbleton and Lois Kimbleton (Howard); her husband Kevin Bush; her daughter Shirley Ann Bush; and her siblings, Billy, Lee Kimbleton and Lisa Kimbleton.

She is survived by: her children, Russell "Rusty" Hanshaw, Michael Bush (Rachel), William Smith (Sierra), Brenda Lesley, Brandy Cochran and Hailie Russell; and her siblings, Alvin, Robert Earl, Gene, Jim, Earl Kimbleton, Rob Border, Bonnie Varney and Susan Smith. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
