It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold E. Vance of Delaware, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sisters, Janice Barker (Vance) and Janet Valtierra (Vance); and the mother of his children Sandra L. Vance. He is survived by : his son Thomas L. Vance; and his sister Barb George (Vance). He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
