She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Moodispaugh (Curren) and Charles Moodispaugh; her husband George L. Puttick; her son William Puttick; and her siblings, Charles Moodispaugh, Alvin Moodispaugh, Doris Green and Ruby Ostrom.

She is survived by: her children, Dean Puttick, Dawn Perkins, Gwen Henson (Mike), Teresa Puttick and Jane Puttick; her siblings, Verance Ealey, Saundra Wells, Opal Lily, Rex Moodispaugh (Betty), Gayland Moodispaugh (Linda) and Earl Moodispaugh; and her sister-in-law Mary Steck. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
