He is survived by: his mother Mildred Cudia (Mackey); his children, Beth Fancher and Brian Cudia (Holly); his grandchildren, Chase Cudia (Ashleigh), Kensie Cudia, Jack and Margot Fancher; his daughter Barbara Cudia; his sister Judy Helms; his niece Cathy Dietiker (Dan); and his nephew Kevin Helms.
