It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Freewalt in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Ronald L. and Mary A. Freewalt (Cunningham); his pets, Dink and Feebe; his children, Dusty Johnson (Nico) of Shreve and Jace Freewalt of Nashville; his grandchildren, Greysen and Axl Johnson; his brother Jeff Freewalt (Patty); and his nephews, Keith, Kevin and Joe Freewalt.
