She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence McVicker and Minnie McVicker (McCrary); her former husband Richard Foulk; her daughter-in-law Kathy Musil; Larry Musil, Robert and Bill McVicker.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Foulk (Jeanette), Teri Foulk, Tom Foulk (Kim) and Michelle Myers (Craig); her stepchildren, Toni Wheeler (Doug) and Larry Musil; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Nick, Hunter, Zack, Natalie, Garrett, Tiffany, Danielle, Stephanie, Justin and Nate. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Compassion Christian Church (41 Firestone Dr, Delaware, OH 43015). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
