She was predeceased by: her parents, Myles Leslie and Anna Ethel Wickline (Simms); her husband Jerry; her son Michael Cornell; and her grandson Cornell Shively.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Shively (Richard), Gerald "Barney" Cornell Jr., Rebecca Ambrose (Richard) and Stephanie Cozzarelli (David); her grandchildren, Lindsay Lewis (Josh), Nathan Cornell, Mathieu Cornell (Lakin), Lauren Charron (Adam) and Andrea Cozzarelli; her great grandchild Casey Jo; and her sister Myra Enright. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
