We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Josephine Garver Bichsel of Delaware, Ohio, born in Strasburg, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Baltzly Garver and Grace Garver (Miller); her husband Dale E. Bichsel; her siblings, Elizabeth Jolie and John B. Garver, Jr.; and her granddaughter Katie Bichsel.

She is survived by : her children, Beth Ricard (Steve), David Bichsel (Vivian) and Mary Jo Davis (Doug). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
