It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Rosalyn Mitchell of Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas L. Mitchell and Mildred M. Mitchell; and her siblings, Thomas, Donald Robert, Virgil, Doris Fowler and Linda Crockrell.
She is survived by : her sister Shirley Walker; and her siblings-in-law, Snobia Mitchell, Thelma Mitchell and Bill Fowler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
