He is survived by : his wife Carol (Miley); his children, Kenneth "Chip" Matlack (Melissa) of Kilbourne and Shawnna Schlaegel (Jehramy) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Breyonna, Bekka, William of Natalie, J. J. and Sophia; and his brothers, Duane Matlack (Stephanie) of Delaware and Keith Matlack (Julie) of Powell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
