He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Hartline; and his pets, Barney and Zuko. He is survived by: his father Richard Hartline; his wife Carmela Ann Lent of Delaware, Ohio; his son Luke; his daughter-in-law Kate of Powell, Ohio; his granddaughter Reagan; his brother Mark of Port Clinton; his nephews, John and Karl (Ankita); his brother Kirk of Medina; and his siblings' children, Maddy and Renee.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family Home (4601 Liberty Rd, Delaware, OH 43015).
