She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley A. Fiant and Edna E. Fiant (Richards); her husband Robert E. Vernon; and her brother David Fiant. She is survived by: her sons, Bradley Vernon (Dena) and Craig Vernon (Leroy Bauer); her granddaughters, Katya and Leeza Vernon; her great grandchild Kian Ray; her sister Sue Jones (Carl Pollock); her nieces, Missy Reasinger (Larry), Mindy Cooke (Corey) and Diana Moreland (Nelson); her nephew Dennis Williams; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan Cooke, Lyndsee Burleson, Wesley Reasinger and Mick Moreland.

Pastor Beth Gedert of Zion Church of Christ, will officiate a graveside service at 11:00 am at the Oak Grove Cemetery, 334 South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015 (SECTION Valley View Ext.)
