With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Owen Eugene Culver of Delaware, Ohio, born in Sunbury, Ohio, who passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Browson Price Culver; his wife Martha Jean Smith; his step-father Sid Dolan; his brother Gary Culver; and his siblings-in-law, Hughley Deal and Pat Culver.

He is survived by : his son Robert Culver (Jeannette) of Delaware; his siblings, Micheal Dolan (Linda) of Troy, Pat O'Dell (Todd) and Barb Deal of Delaware; and his girlfriend Carol Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Contributions in Owen's memory may be made to OhioHealth Hospice of Delaware or Special Olympics of Delaware County.
