She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Williams Sr. of Charlie's Corner; her parents, Don Elkins and Shirley Elkins; her stepsons, Charles Williams Jr. and James Williams; her granddaughter Kylie Williams; her siblings, Brian Elkins (Nicki), Donna Elkins and Greg Elkins (Lynne); and her in-laws, Brenda Holland (Lensie), David Williams, Joanne Jackson and Olin Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
