She was predeceased by: her parents, George Heineman and Minnie Heineman (Slack); her husband Robert Eugene "Bob" Cooke; her daughter Debbie Coleman; her granddaughter Chelsea Lane; her daughter-in-law Lisa Cooke; and her siblings, Paul Heineman (Dottie), Richard Heineman, George Heineman (Kathy), Margaret Mead (Charles) and Frances Heineman.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Cooke of Marion, OH, Vicki Wise (Steve Wolfe), Rob (Lucy Cooke), Randi (Jannie Cooke), Cheryl (Brian Hogenkamp), Cindi (Jerry Post), Sandi (Shane Smith), Chris (LaMia Cooke), Greg (Sarai Cooke) and Corey (Mindy Cooke). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
