He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jack Hines; his close friends, Gary Eubanks and Jack Hines; his son Greg Miller of Ashland; his grandson Jared Miller (Katie Seese) of Blacklick; his great grandchildren, Maxwell John Miller and Margaret Suzanne Miller; his stepsons, Mike Hall (Kathy), Doug Hall (Letha) and Brian Hall; his brothers, John Miller of Ashland and Jerry Miller of Vincennes, IN.; and his friend Church. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren.
