Regina leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Regina’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Regina will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Putinsky and Teresa Valloric. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Seivertson; her daughters, Samantha Mularcik (Timothy), Jessica Lindner (Robert) and Katelin Spagnuolo (Marc); and her grandchildren, Kirsten, Norah, Isabelle and James.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Northwest Columbus Chapel (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065).
