As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Darl Welsh II; his brother Eric David Welsh; and his niece Louise Elizabeth Welsh. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Welsh (Maleski); his siblings, Keith Welsh (CO) and Melanie (Welsh) Kitchens (WA); and his uncle Ricky'. He is also survived by his seven nieces and one nephew and four grandnieces and four grandnephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Allegheny County Memorial Park Chapel (1600 Duncan Ave, Allison Park, PA 15101).
