In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Richard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Grubb and Anne Grubb (Montfort); his brother William Grubb; and his son-in-law Donald Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Grubb (Alford); his children, James Grubb of Broadway, Bryan Grubb (Tonya) of Marysville, Bradley Grubb (Deborah) of Delaware, Ohio and Debra A. Hall of Follansbee; and his grandsons, Ryan Hall (Nicole) of Wellsburg and Brent Hall (Peggy) of Follansbee.
